in case you're following along...

I made a re-batch of the cinnamon bun cupcakes and they came out much better the second time around. I gave them a proper rise and made them a little thicker. I prefer them baked the traditional way (not in cupcake liners--I baked them both ways this time). The bigger rolls weren't as dry and I was stuffed after one. I also prefer them warmed in the microwave for 30 seconds after frosting. They get soft and the frosting gets gooey. Perfection.
